John Buckley, age 24, was born on 15 September 1988 in Padstow, Cornwall. His mother Jean Buckley went to All Saints Secondary School.

He was brought up alongside his sister Laura and Jenni. His sister Laura is a Capital School Teacher based in Dubai and has been in a relationship with Tom Glidden-Rogers since 2020.

Jenni went to Coleg y Cymoedd following her schooling at Wadebridge School. She played Soccer during her college and school life.

The English singer rose to prominence through cover songs on social media, including Facebook and YouTube.

Buckley was only fifteen when he entered the musical zone and started playing gigs at open night sessions. Then, he started making cover videos and uploading them on his YouTube channel.

These videos featured John performing various quality tracks, from Paolo Nutini‘s Last Request to Zayn Malik's Pillowtalk.

While playing open mics in small pubs and busking on the harbor, his countryside life in the small Cornwall town led him to put his musical content online. After finishing secondary school, he started uploading clips on Facebook.

Through social media, his voice was heard by millions, and after gaining recognition, he was invited to London to record/write a few originals in the studio. Then he joined Truro College to study music.

He started uploading his music to BBC Introducing, and then BBC Introducing, they passed some tracks off to Radio 1, and recently he had a play on Huw Stevens show.

John is also supporting a band called Lawson based in London. For inspiration, he looks up to singer-songwriters Lewis Watson, Matt Corby, Bon Iver, Paolo Nutini, Ed Sheeran, Jeff Buckley, Daughter, and many more.

They Met On Spotify

Jada met her partner John while strolling on Spotify. Since they met online, they have been in a long distance relationship and made time to complete each other traveling across the states.

The actress shared a video on their anniversary to celebrate their togetherness. Through the video, she revealed that she is American and John is British, and he is moving to America with her.

There was a time when they thought they could not make them work through facetime, but one else fits. Buckly sold his car and a bunch of other things to be with Jada.

The comment section was filled with good wishes for them both; famous singer Sapphire wrote, "crying. So happy for you both."

Jada had a crush on John since she first heard his song on Spotify, and it took them one month to get their first picture. The actress penned, "sometimes manifesting works."

They Went Instagram Official In 2022

Jada posted a song Hey Love dedicated to John; she thanked him for bringing this song to life in June 2021. Later in September, she releaved her lover, John, and she started making cover songs.

The Cornwall native showed off his partner Jada on his Instagram in December 2022. He shared a few pictures with the actress from their Mexico trip and soon after he shared more pictures.

The Couple Released Their First Original on Valentine's Day

Jada and John released their first original song, "1+1," on 14 February 2023. The music is available on Spotify, Napster, Itunes, Tidal, and Deezer.

The 3 minutes and 3 seconds long song is about their fairy tale. As the lyrics convey, one plus one makes me and you; you can count us as two simple if you think it through.

Since John is not a citizen of the US, so he has only 90 days permit to stay there at a time; he spent three months with Jada in Nashville and left for England just before valentines week.

The visual music artist Dasha also created a creative video of the song through a doddle video. One Instagram user commented, "This might be my favorite one yet."

They Vacationed In Mexico

For Christmas 2020, they went to visit Mexico. They had a wonderful staycation at Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun.

They were roaming around the water's edge of the Yucatan Peninsula, playing chess and also making singing a music video. 

Jada shared a photo montage with videos on her Instagram and captioned it, "checkmate… I’m the luckiest girl in the world until next time."

John also posted some pictures and videos and penned, "Obsessed with u x." She commented on the same post, "I’m obsessed with u."
