Colby Minifie parents Kemp Minifie and William Minifie reside in New York. Kemp is a recipe developer and a top-level food editor. 

Colby is an accomplished American actress known for her captivating beauty, striking features, and charming on-screen presence. She was born on October 22, 1992, and is 30 years old at present.

She began her acting journey at eleven, quickly showing her potential and passion for the craft. Minifie was a YoungArts scholar and graduated from the City University of New York in 2014 with a degree in acting. Over the years, she honed her skills and talents and was selected to perform with the National Dance Institute for four years.

Colby’s mother has a rich educational background, having graduated from Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris. Over the years, she has also had the opportunity to study with some of the world's most renowned chefs and food experts, including Madhur Jaffrey, Nina Simonds, Diana Kennedy, Giuliano Bugialli, and Susana Trilling. 

In recent years, Minifie has been working as a freelance recipe developer and writer, using her expertise to provide her clients with top-quality content. She worked for Christopher Kimball's Milk Street for a year in 2017 and before that as a Freelance Recipe Tester for Allrecipes magazine.

Her Father William Is A Man Of Faith

William Minifie is the father of actress Colby Minifie. William appears to as a devout man who takes his faith very seriously in social media.

He is known for regularly attending church in his hometown of New York, where he is an active community member. William's dedication to his faith is evident in his YouTube channel under his name, where he posted a video of himself singing a hymn in a church service five years ago.

The hymn William sang, "The Church is One Foundation," was one of his grandfather's favorites and held a special place in his heart. This suggests that William comes from a long line of faithful individuals and has a solid connection to his religious roots.

Haden Minifie Is Not Only A Sister To Colby But Also A Best Friend

Colby Minifie sister Haden Minifie is a qualified music therapist who earned her Master's in Music Therapy from SUNY New Paltz. Colby and Haden grew up together and share a special sibling bond.

She is the co-founder and director of Sing Out! International, is a non-profit organization that uses music therapy to help people heal. 

Colby recently took to Instagram to express her love for her sister, Haden, on her birthday. Despite the late timing of the post, Colby made it clear that her affection for Haden is unwavering. She expressed gratitude for her sister's role as her best friend and her positive influence on her life.

She acknowledged Haden's presence at her shows, her laughter at Colby's jokes, and her invitations to fun events. Colby also credited Haden with helping to shape her into the person she is today and praised her for being a shining example of kindness.

She became interested in using music to bring people together and create change. At the same time, she was a member of Power of Song, a youth empowerment program focused on writing and performing politically and socially conscious songs. 

Her experiences with Pete Seeger inspired her to work with communities in a music therapy context. Haden has spent time working as a music therapist for individuals with brain injuries and has combined her passions to co-found Sing Out! International. 

She plans to lead annual international music therapy and regional and domestic programs to help individuals cope with and express trauma. On February 22, 2016, Haden performed "Over the Rainbow" at Sing Out! International's benefit show at Don't Tell Mama in NYC was posted on her father’s Youtube channel.
